First, the service object:
The service content specified in this after-sales service clause is applicable to controller products, low-voltage AC servo products and all supporting products purchased in China market through lavichip and its authorized legal channels.
Second, the service project:
1. Warranty period: controller: 12 months; Driving motor: 12 months.
During the warranty period, we will provide you with warranty service in case of non-human failure of the product. Please contact a business person and fill in the Maintenance Application Form (main information such as product model, serial number, fault description, special requirements, etc.) and send it to our company's maintenance center. We will complete the maintenance within the maintenance period and send it back to you.
The calculation method of warranty period is generally based on barcode management scanning delivery time (if the customer can provide accurate proof of delivery time, it can also be based on this time).
2. Replacement:
Within 3 months from the delivery date of the product, if there is a non-human fault in the product, we can replace the same model product for you.
3. Lifelong maintenance:
We will provide customers with lifelong maintenance services. During the warranty period, we provide paid maintenance service for the faulty products that do not meet the warranty conditions or exceed the warranty period. After the customer confirms to accept the maintenance fee of the products, we will arrange for the maintenance of the products. However, it is impossible to provide maintenance services for products that have been discontinued, or for returned products that lack maintenance materials or are too seriously damaged and have no maintenance value.
4, maintenance costs:
1) The products within the warranty period shall be repaired free of charge for failures caused by non-human reasons;
2) Charges for out-of-warranty or man-made damaged products, we will charge the cost, labor and freight of components according to different models and damage degrees; The specific expenses will be quoted to you by the docking business personnel;
3) Freight: the freight of products within the warranty scope is borne by our company for one way, and the freight of products not within the warranty scope is borne by the customer;
Third, do not enjoy the free warranty:
1) Product failure caused by force majeure factors such as fire, flood and earthquake;
2) Damage caused by improper installation or use by customers;
3) Failure of the product caused by disassembly, maintenance or modification of the product by personnel not authorized by Langyuxin;
4) Products purchased through legal channels that are not directly sold or authorized by Langyuxin;
5) The product code is torn, altered or unrecognizable due to other reasons
