2. After receiving the customer's repair call for a malfunction, the service engineer can communicate and provide preliminary problem-solving solutions through the phone
3. If the problem is not resolved through phone communication, arrange on-site service for engineers or notify customers to send it to the designated repair point for repair as appropriate;
4. When customers apply for repairs, they need to provide the following information: contact person, contact information, contact address, machine model,
number, and fault phenomenon;
5. After the problem is resolved, designated follow-up personnel will be assigned to follow up and maintain the on-site machine work situation, ensure customer production efficiency, and conduct a service satisfaction survey to further improve service quality.
